NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit is required in order to book your appointment.
This payment goes towards the total cost of your service.

RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact me as soon as you know you'll be unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
Your deposit will not be refunded for any reason, however...
if you contact me prior to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 'credit' towards your future appointment with me.
If you contact me once inside the 48 hour window of time before your scheduled appointment, you will lose this 'credit.' In this case, to reschedule you'll need to go to my booking site, select a new day and pay a new deposit.
No-call/no-shows risk being blocked from booking future appointments.

CANDIDACY
The guest is responsible for checking candidacy prior to any appointment. If you arrive to your appointment and cannot receive treatment due to any listed contraindications, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
PUNCTUALITY
Please be on time for your service. Unfortunately I will not be able to accommodate guests who arrive more than 20 minutes past their scheduled appointment time. In this event, we would need to reschedule your appointment and a NEW non-refundable deposit required to book.
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
When you arrive for your appointment, please come inside the building (Simply Skin Aesthetics) and have a seat in the waiting room. Please plan ahead with childcare and do not bring children with you to your appointment.
GUESTS WITH EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP
Whether it was a year ago or two decades, it's imperative that you inform me PRIOR TO BOOKING if you have had permanent makeup done.
Every case is unique and we must first confirm your brows are workable, as unfortunately, not all are.

Additionally, correction pricing is prorated depending on how much work needs to be done. Correction work does not include free follow-up touch ups. If it is determined that you will require multiple sessions, each session will be priced accordingly.
